Maddie: GOTCHA! (tackles Nick to the ground)

Nick: (flips Maddie over) no, Ive got YOU!

Maddie: (laughs) Nick, I think we should stop now

Nick: (gets up) fine party pooper

???: NICK!!!!!! MADDIE!!!!!

Nick: (doesnt look at Maddie) Maddie, was that you?

Maddie: why would I shout my own name??

Nick: (gets a straight look on his face) uh oh

Maddie: Nickwhat are you uh ohing?

Nick: were not alone

Maddie: of course were not alone. Its a public beach

Nick: not this part

(Both Maddie and Nick turn around to see who was there, and they saw a girl who was about 12 or 13 sitting on a rock. They walked towards the mysterious girl and hoped for the best. She just stood still on the rock and didnt even care to look towards them, she just looked out at the ocean)

???: oh hey Nick. Hey Maddie

Maddie: wait! How do you know who I am?

???: youre like the biggest celebrity in our world?

Maddie: (confused look on her face) what world?

???: the magical world of course!

Maddie: youre a.

???: semi-mer. Half human, half mer-person

Maddie: (looks down at her legs) that would explain the legs.so what exactly was the thing that Im so famous for?

???: For breaking the kidnapping scandal! Like when they kidnapped immortals and put them with mortals!

Maddie: yeah, I know what it is cuz I was one of those kids

???: oh, Im so sorry that happened to you!

Maddie: that cant really help me now. My lifes already been screwed up, thanks to the stupid agency

Nick: well it was nice meeting you..

???: Julie

Nick: yesJulie, but we sorta have to go now (gives Maddie a look)

Maddie: but its only.(Nick gives her a look again) oh yeah! We gotta go! See you later! (walks away with Nick)

Julie: bye to ya too (walks out to the water, gets in, and swims away)

**With Nick and Maddie**

Maddie: its only 10. why do we have to leave now?

Nick: you never know. She might be a spy.

Maddie: oh come on Nick! Shes just an innocent kid!

Nick: thats what she wants you to think!

Maddie: (sarcastic) yeah, she wants you to think shes the devil from hell

Nick: why dont you believe me Maddie?

Maddie: cuz youre blaming that sweet innocent girl. See ya later Nick (shape shifts into a bird and flies away)

**With Julie**

Miley: what took you so long? And did you see them?

Julie: they wouldnt stop talking to me and yes, I did see them

Miley: so what did you see?

Julie: lots of cuddling, some tackling action, hand feeding, etc.

Miley: oh, shes soooooooooooooooo getting it!

Julie: but they looked so happy together!

Miley: HELLO! Its supposed to be ME with HIM! not that skank!

Julie: and what about that reward you were telling me about earlier?

Miley: dont worry..youll get it.as soon as Nick is mine.

OOOO! THE SUSPENCE! haha. it kills you, right? I know it does. And did anyone see Cody Linley dance tonight on Dancing With The Stars? Cuz I missed it and didn't get to see him dance. If you did see it, can you tell me how he was and what his score was if you remember it? OH! and if you watch the show, who do you wanna win? I'm betting on either Cody or the Brooke person.

sure! i'll be happy to do that for you! it probably won't be up for at least another week though. i have 3 other series plus lots of homework and swim team 4 times a week, so there's not a whole lot of extra time for me to post, but I try my best to get them up every week or 2.
