WKFR & WKMI Video 1990 PART 1

I made this video with when the camera and the VCR recorder were separated. The rather large video camera was held on my shoulder and was connected to a VCR deck was held on my body like a back pack.

To make this video; crude editing was done with two VCR decks.

Before putting this on the net I thought I should touch up the video with edits.....but I decided to keep it in its original form.

I think I was able to capture something special. Now-a-days everyone can make a video, but this video was made about 21 years ago, way before youtube, cell phone videos and even the camcorders.

To the WKFR and WKMI staff (family) I hope this brings back great memories.
On the other hand, if you did not work at the stations, I hope it gives you unique view of how radio used to be.
