Is PIP the only way to have two cameras running at the same time during a UStream broadcast? Or can you do some kind of split screen arrangement? I'd like to have one camera pointed at one person and a second camera pointed at a second person, for example a guest on the show.

I'm not sure how to get a split screen arrangement. The only way I know to do any of this is pushing the video through CamTwist and doing Picture in Picture.
