If you ask me, it is 50% weight lifting 50% diet when it comes to gaining muscle mass. Breaking your muscle fibers down by lifting weights is half of it, providing it with necessary nutrients to grow back efficiently is the other half. I understand that you can't eat a ton of chicken and rice and expect to grow muscle without lifting a finger, but the proper diet is vital and should be stressed, in addition to weight lifting.

So jelly of these guys for one reason:
Never short of a training partner. Two brothers who started working out at the same time, both love it, both stuck at it. Always there to motivate the other, always there to spot the other.
I envy that, I mostly train alone, or with strangers. None of my friends give a fuck.

@ThePaulWog I eat tons of fruit and veggies everyday, but i dont really count those as carb sources since they are fibrous carbs, you might see it different but eating a crown of broccoli to me is not the same as eating a bowl of pasta.
