No. That's b.s. I don't care what your are. Infantry, Special Forces, Airborne, Ranger, MP, whatever. If you do that to a woman, you're a punk. You won’t change how the military deals with rape until some rape victims gets a side arm and kill a base commander for failure to do what is right. It may take up to ten or so deaths including a four star general before shit heads realize that commanding officers can get hurt for not taking action.
