Kelsey lost her life while at the home of her mother Raye Dawn.

Kelsey acted odd around Mike, bruises appear on Kelsey but Raye took no notice to anything.
I encourage everyone to read information on Kelsey's case. Fkm have altered a lot of the documents on Kelsey's case to make people believe Raye is innocent.

I will continue to prove Raye knew Kelsey was being abused. I will make sure Kelsey's voice is heard even if people choose to believe lies.

Im from up north, I watched both sides of the videos those who support Keslsey and those who deny that Raye Dawn knew about the abuse.

I sided with Kelsey when she had a broken colar bone..

I spit on Raye Dawn,, she was more intrested in getting laid by her this monster then, then protecting her baby..

I agree with you, in this respect. The CPS is just as responsible as Raye. But, I still believe that Raye needs to be exactly where she is. As for the CPS, we need to destroy it and start over fresh.

@lalalalahappyify And about her pic taking habits, just look at any Kelsey site, they all stop on August 27, 2005. I am sure Kelsey's forgiven those who hurt her, as she is an angel. In child abuse it is important to spread awareness-look at all the people who failed Kelsey and Aja Johnson, and many other kids, these children deserve justice, not lies and sorry excuses! Kelsey's story has helped so many others, not just RD and the ones who saw to that are the Briggs!

@amberjade11 was her lawyers brother, and her lawyer referred her to Dr. Koons.  When Kelsey broke her legs RD wouldn't take her to any other Dr. and refused when Kathie wanted to saying "if I do they will say it's child abuse". When she got in the accident with the drunk driver she wouldn't stay in the ER long enough for Kelsey to be seen, she took her to Dr. Koons 4 days later, I think the reason being that she knew what they would find..

@lalalalahappyify-It wasn't that they doctors were wrong, when Kelsey was taken in for her broken clavicile no one expected abuse, after all the clavicle is the most common broken bone. During a visit with the Briggs family when Ashley was going to give Kelsey a bath she discovered Kelsey covered with bruises and scrapes so she was taken back the ER and the same doc called the police and that is when it started. And yes, the doctor RD (the only doc she would take Kelsey to see)

@amberjade11 You make some really good arguments and you will probably do very well in your career. I am sorry we could not agree on everything, but it is time for me to back out, siding with no one. I am sure lil Kelsey is in Heaven walking on clouds giggling and counting her bunnies w/o any more pain or suffering. but there were a lot of ppl involved; different ppl from different organizations who saw Kelsey often. The whole case just seems strange tho. No one seems to have been on the mark with anything regarding this poor baby girl.

Is this what the world is coming to though? Drama, lies, hatred, abuse, murder, sneaking around, etc... I think ppl have too much time on their hands and need more wholesome activities to become involved in.

@amberjade11 I just guess I am misunderstanding the whole logic behind all of this. All of the Dr's were wrong the first time around. But yet, when they give the answers ppl want, they are brilliant. Doesnt make much sense. Was the Dr a qualified physician with a medical license? Also, did RD have this attorney during the time his sister was treating Kelsey? If she was Kelsey's Physician prior to her brother defending RD then that really shouldnt matter.

The picture at 0:33 says it all. Mike has his arm protectively around Raye and is in an arrogant stance. Raye Dawn is turned toward her new husband with her arm around him lovingly as she smiles happily while not even bothering to hold her daughters ahnd. Kelsey looks away while holding her arm out as if defending herself, all the while there is a big bruise on her right arm...

@lalalalahappyify-During the first trip to the ER they didn't suspect abuse-and when Ashley and Lance took her (to the SAME doctor) he found 29 bruises and abrasions all over her body (mostly on her bottom) and called the police. The officer-Matt Byers (who used to date Raye Dawn, is a RD supporter and til this day doesn't believe Kelsey was murdered) was satisfied with her story that she fell on a hairbrush. And during Kelsey's trial the doctors determined that her legs were broke with Raye.

@lalalalahappyify-Her argument was that she "never saw the bruises" and that she wasn't sure if it was someone@the Briggs' abusing Kelsey-she saw to it that Kelsey was not with the Briggs for the last 4 months of her life-so where are the pictures of this normal, healthy and happy baby?
