Mike Donahues father walked out when he was 5 and his mother tried to stab him when he was in high school.
The experiences left him angry, and eventually taking drugs. Now, Donahue is the director of R5 Productions, travels the country telling students to avoid things such as drugs and alcohol that can destroy their lives, and focus on their dreams.
Donahue brought his message to Middletown Area High School recently, part of the school pre-prom activities.
