If there are a lot of police around, which there were here, they will all jump in to help so that everybody goes home at the end of their shift. They don't care if you think they're pussies, they don't care if you think it's heavy handed. It's the safest thing to do, and they are spot on for all helping each other out.

6 cops 1 violent offender. With the training in self defense and take downs these cops have combined with the years of experience anyone of them could put this person on the deck and nick them. But not without causing injury to that person, so 6 officers is obviously allowing them to detain the individual safely because if they cause injuries then what your going to come out with the whole POLICE BRUTALITY crap!

I think the strangest bit of this vid is that there is a whole crowd around!This guy is obviously very dangerous at the time of this vid,but still there is a whole crowd around risking their own lives just to watch the police.Ok,there is a number there,but if he got lose again,what is gonna happen to all the crowd?more likely they will get hurt!some people are crazy,I wonder if they go nearer to a person with a gun rather than getting to safety.these people should also be warned for videoing.
