60gal planted tank_island style=plants-java fern,jungle val,fourleafclover,Christmas moss and Ludwigia
Inhabitants=neon tetras,SAES,zebra danios,ottos,bronze cory cats,bamboo shrimp,amano shrimp,cae,Rummynose Tetras and Serpae Tetras
tank info=no co2,fertilize with API leaf zone liquid fert,HOB tetra brand filter and powerhead on left side of tank for good water flow,lighting shoplight 2x40 watt t8 florescent light
the tank is about 1 and a half years old and the total of tank,filter,plants,substrate,light about $120 total

  • Hi! Great tank, lovely plants and fish btw. I was just wondering if you HAVE to have co2 in a planted tank, I know you havn't so that sorta answers my question but i just wondered just to be sure. Please answer back possible.

    no you dont have to have co2 if you have low-med light tank,but it does make your plants grow a lot faster but no it is not necessary in low-med light tank
