Sailing out channel against tide and wind. Forgot to delete last video on camera so as soon as I igot further down the channel into some wind camera stopped recording. So spliced two clips with boats in the fore ground for perspective.Go pro surf hero wide angle 170 degree lens tends to flatten everything out. It is lumpier than it looks in some places. Good speed though gps recorded top speed of12.5 mph when I was able to look down usually reading around 7-9 mph. Sailed back down channel no problem speeds between 5-7 mph . It was fun bearing up into port tack riding the wave deflection of jetty sorry no vid of that ,next time. Definitely need cock pit drains.

  • I am currently working on a DWLS or dominant windward leeward side shunting sail. The DWLS is based on solid wing sail test on shunting mono hull and the Dyna tested on EQL . See tsstproa 's video library for examples.
