I hate the mouth to mouth games. Especially when it's with a group of people you don't know well or AT ALL. Plus the camp leaders will arrange it in the way that none of the same genders are sitting next to each other and will push the heads together when it's already hard to pass 1 small stick/sweet to another person. The saliva on the said object!
I don't give a shit if this is the 21st century or the 60s. Maybe you're fine with kissing or sharing saliva with strangers but not me.
