  • I have a 1997 jeep grand cherokee, i decided to use royal purple oil and filter. How long should i let it go before changing the oil ?

  • i have a 20b rotary 2nd gen,i would never recomend royal purple oil to any one, because i used it,with 4 other friends as well, the oil dissapers from all the cars, even rotary engine,2jz supra and skyline rb26,the dealer in trinidad told me to use,the royal XPR, then saw a little diffrience,to me i am not impressed, sorry guys.ill stick with other oils,

  • @kemorc royal purple is good oil just like mobile 1ep. Bobby is paid by royal purple so he likes them. I use mobile 1 ep because its cheaper, easy to get and just as good. mobile 1 has never given me any issues. Benz, bmw, audi have oils for 15k for normal driving. Mobile 1 ep should go 15k. Honda has 10k oil change requirement. Just make sure you use a good air filter. Crappy air filter will let stuff in the engine

  • @poormanstyperb16 Not if you have a car under these TSB's: MO-2005-08-29, FL-2010-04-01, FL-2009-05-01 . Those all tell you specifically NOT to.

  • @Johnnyboy200406 "this guy knows jack... royal purple is not even rated,"

Define "rated". Please evaluate Royal Purple at the EOLCS directory. They have all sorts of CERTIFIED API Service ratings.

  • the only reason why i ever change my oil early is to clean out the crap, if you have used up oil it still stays in the engine and when you change it early you dont have used up oil in the engine this is only if you want to keep your engine running for ever

  • its not a joke!

  • Did anyone else besides me actually notice that the caller said he bought a Mazda 6 but Bobby said Mazda 3? I know its a stupid question but, I thought that was funny.

  • Royal Purple is a base IV(PAO). It also has a 1 Year/12,000 mile warranty. But if you use an Amsoil Oil Filter(10 Micron), and a filter magnet, then it is good for 15,000 miles. I've been using RP for 9 years now, and logged 77,000 Engine miles total on my truck so far since the switch. I have had no problems at all. Amsoil does have a better warranty at 1 Year/24,000 Miles, but Amsol dealers like to tell half truths. That's why I stopped buying Amsoil stuff directly from an Amsoil Only dealer.

  • A parte il costo, avendo provato molti oli, il Royal Purple è il migliore.

    Qui 4T è addirittura miracoloso
