Dancing bear masters captured performing monkey in Kosi - Naresh Kadyan.

During animal welfare fortnight, OIPA & PFA Haryana founder Naresh Kadyan to visit Kosi, Haryana - UP borders at Delhi - Agra national high way, team rescued a cobra snakes & the same was released from captivity on 21st. January, 2009. It has been told by the Kalender that he has sold his dancing bear to the Wildlife sos in Agra for fifty thousand rupees, now he started performance by monkey, being an introducer of the rehabilitation scheme for dancing bears along with Kalenders, I am in the opinion that rehabilitation amount should not be given in cash to the Kalender but it should be in kind along with proper monitoring of the facility provided to them.
Wildlife sos failed to implement the scheme and claims are baseless, Why no legal action against kalandars?????????, Shame......only money.
