Chinese and english recipe/ instructions below :

材料:

1. 70 grams = 2. 47 oz, 雞胸肉, 洗淨, 抹乾, 剁碎
2. 一條生栗米, 大約 400 克 = 14 oz, 沖洗, 節齗 2 份
3. 400 ml = 13. 53 fl oz, 水
4. 2 小片薑切絲
5, 一只蛋, 加一湯匙水
6. 一些鮮奶油, 淋面

雞胸內醃料:
1. 少許糖
2. 半茶匙雞粉
3. 一茶匙紹興酒
4. 一茶匙生抽
5. 半茶匙豆粉
6. 一茶匙水
7. 一茶匙半麻油

以上拌勻後放雪櫃 1 個半小時

調味:

1. 一茶匙雞粉
2. 半茶匙鹽
3. 少許胡椒粉

打獻:

一茶匙半豆粉加入三茶匙水

面裝飾:

少許芫茜和青蔥碎

Ingredients:

1. 70 grams = 2. 47 oz, chicken breast
2. 1 raw sweet corn 400 grams = 14. oz
3. 400 ml = 13. 53 fl oz, water
4. 2 slices ginger
5. an egg + 1 tbsp water
6. some fresh cream

Chicken breast marinade::

1. a pinch of sugar
2. 1/2 tsp chicken powder
3. 1 tsp shaoxing wine
4. 1 tsp light soy sauce
5. 1/2 tsp corn starch
6. 1 tsp water
7. 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Seasoning:

1. 1 tsp chicken powder
2. 1/2 tsp salt
3. a pinch of pepper

Thickener:

1 1/2 tsp corn starch + 3 tsp water

Topping:

some chopped coriander and spring onion

  • Thanks for sharing your chicken corn soup recipe. I live in the UK and couldn't find the sweet corn cream tin so I haven't made it for a long time. I now know how to make the soup base! :)
