The "fuck my leg" sounds it's taken from a real life accident. Imagine how one of the voice actors were going to say something but tripped and then this.

It really lowers the nightmare level.

I think its a guy getting turned into a combine soldier, if you listen you can hear a sort of un muffled combine voice.

reason why is he screaming is pecause they are chancing him to a stalker.he screams ''fuck my leg , oh oh its okay'' cause he loses his arms and legs but the combine puts in water and in everything else something,that makes you forget something/anything from your mind.That symbolise's that he cant remember anymore that he had legs or arms and he becomes a stalker i dont know did you understand the thing what i was trying to explain but when you get it it sounds really creepy O.o sry for bad eng

well theres no dout that theres a voice in that, screaming in pain......or fear. Man valve can make some scary but fun games, in alot of Half Lifes seemingly unimportaint backround nosies there are messeges from gman or other people, or just scary voices. Very creepy man,thanks for posting it. i never noticed it before.
