FCP's native Smoothcam feature is awesome not just for smoothing out handheld camera movements, but also smoothing out the speed of manual dolly moves.

Shot on a Canon Rebel T3i (600D) with a 28mm lens, using Technicolor's Cinestyle scene profile, colored with Magic Bullet Looks.

    why do my videos always have the 2 black bars on the top and bottom? can you explain how you made the actual video cover the entire box? because i always have those 2 bars? i was told there were settings and aspect ratios you were supposed to change but i dont know where or how to change those. thank you.
