panov-attack. you're doing it wrong ;)
-
hahaha I loved your reaction to the caro: "ohhhhh dear..."

at 8:42 i think you were threatening to play Bxf7, if he then takes with the Qxf7 then Ng6+ would force him to give up his queen. But he avoided that with Rc8
-
Nice game though! And the pawn sacs were very nice! :)

22.Nf5 is bad! Because later on instead of playing 25...Bf8 I think he has 25...Kd7! And moving to c6 and b6 after White plays moves like Rc1+ and Nd4+ but he seems like he can survive! You should have played 22. Rc1 and the queen is lost!

Golly gumdrops, what a complicated game! Sharp :O

I much prefer these 15 min games to the blitz and bullet games. The calculations at move 20 in this game had me completely lost. Where did those pawn sacs come from??

@ kingscrusher I'm not half as good as you are, but what will happen if White just play 20.Nf5 ? 20...exf5 loses immediately to 21.Qh8#, and if 20...fxg6, 21.Qh8+ Kf7 22.Qg7+ Ke8 23.Rxe6+ Kd8 24.Qxf6+ and win. Did I not see this line correctly, or did I miss out any surprise move response instead of 20...fxg6 ? Not checking with any engine on this one =)

I am a big fan of bullet and blitz in general, and always enjoy watching good players playing it.
But I have to say, these 15min games videos are really amazing. You are truly showing your best in them.
Can you post the pgn? Thanks and Happy new year :)

3:24 KC, wouldn't 15. Ne5 stronger to keep the dark square bishop on the board and possibly cutting the escape square for the king on e7? The knight can't be captured by the bishop because the queen is overloaded to guarding the light square bishop as well.

@xdragon2k That seems interesting - so after Bxe5 qxe5 there is bxf6 and Qxd7 - what do you think is Black's best response - or anyone without checking with engine...

@kingscrusher After much deliberation, Bc6 I believe is the best move for black to save the light square bishop, keeping the rooks connected, and prevent Qxf7# in the later continuation by letting the queen defend the f7 pawn.

@xdragon2k I have no idea myself - it does seem good as well. I was tempted for just Bxf6 and Qxh7+ - I did do a brief post mortem and the engine seemed to agree with the simple continuation i played. But I did blunder terribly later appaerently missing an easy win with Rc1 when i had sacced both pawns.

@xdragon2k Ok checked with an engine and apparently Kf8 is best for black after Ne5
