  • Yeah, Burton shows what is a real friend indeed at the final airport scene...

    And after that, the scene which Burton faces Harris' son has made me uncountable

    tears from my eyes....

  • Joan Armatrading did a wonderful job with this song.

  • come on you lovely bastards!

  • @capricious71 greedy bankers. Public exicutions all round

  • It's a pity that Moisse Tchombe has been painted by the West as a martyr and hero, meanwhile, it partly due to his separatist efforts that led to the demise of Lumumba, the true hero, a man so vilified by the West because he called a spade a spade.

  • It is such a pity that Moisse Tchombe has been turned into a martyr and hero by the West. The true and forgotten hero was Lumumba, a true nationalist and Tchombe's great rival, a man so vilified by the West just because he wasn't afraid to call a spade a spade, and exposed the Belgian colonialists for what they really were, murderous barbarians.

  • best film ever A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

  • Classic Movie probably one of the best overall casts ever put together. Great song too - Im off to watch the movie again:)
