  • It is about evolution. When you are a child you need a parent to guide and protect you. When you are an adult you have to assert your independence and break free of your parents. You have to finally become an independent person. You have to finally detach from your parents. Beyond a certain point you do have the right to disobey your parents. You no longer need a leader.

  • The older generation of Indians lacked self-confidence and were dependent on political leaders. They never disobeyed politicians; and treated politicians as demi-gods, though politicians were mostly vote bank politicians.

  • The younger generation of Indians are more confident and have personal ambition. They don't need any leader or politician to tell them what to do and what not to do. So India must become more and more leaderless. A LEADERLESS INDIA is the future. You lead yourself and I will lead myself. Beyond a certain point you do have the right to disobey vote bank politicians.

The rising self-confidence of the younger generation is palpable. They are improving in sports.

  • In addition to rising self-confidence, the onus is on you to find your own niche in the market.
