The cloudy foggy Dull headlights on this Lexus was restore to look like new. Nathan from Hollywood Florida called fixmyheadlights.com headlight restoration service located in Pembroke Pines FL not only to clean these dull discolored headlight but to restore them. Had Nathan wait longer his headlamps would have turned yellow and even reduce his light projection even further.
He did the right thing by using a headlight restoration service instead of a auto detail service. The reason is because most auto detail just clean the headlights which removes the sealer from them. Only cleaning the headlights leaves them more expose to the elements. In my opinion if you can't use a headlight restoration service then use a headlight restoration kit. These repair kits has a sealer which is most important.
In the clip you will see how to restore headlights. The process we used for the past 3 years is wet sanding. We have found this method most effective in restoring your headlights.

Love the Video but what kinda sand paper & the cream you put it on Sir ?????
thehegt 1 year ago
Headlight restoration requires sand paper that varies from 400 to 3000 grit depending on how serious is the oxidization on the headlights. The cream is a propriotory solution used by fixMyheadlights headlight restoration service.

@thehegt the cream is basically a polishing compound that u work into the headlight after the sanding, but it will all be useless work unless you use a quality sealant at the end to protect the headlight from future UV ray damage

@MusicKrazy2011
You are absolutely correct. If you don't apply a quality sealer on your headlights after going through the wetsanding and polishing process your headlights will get oxidized within a short period of time.
