If you are going to specify installing a tv mount about a FIREPLACE then the video should at least be relevant to mounting above a fireplace. For example, most fireplaces have a brick chimney exactly where you easily cut 2 wholes through the drywall. Either this video should have been titled "How to install a tv to drywall" or you need to actually mount something above a real fireplace.
USELESS, i give this video an F for FAIL.

Pretty much a useless video. "Cut a hole and use a fishtape to run your wires". IT'S SO EASY!

Also above the mounting above the fireplace is also about 3 feet above the viewing area. My neck already started to cramp when I read the title.
