I'm 35 male, and started getting Acne at age of 18, it affected my self esteem the most and for years I let my skin rule my life etc. One thing I have learnt there us no root cause, I still get breakouts now and again but mostly caused after I shave. It still gets me down, as I say there is no root cause, it's more of a amalgamation of many factors but one thing I do know.
