In response to the misinformed mursie 100's comments: I guess then if the Iphone 5 brings drop down notification tab to their phones (as it's rumored to be), then they should be barred as Android has had that feature since inception. Oh but wait Apple will market it as "revolutionary" and con their followers into believing they have a new feature. Sadly Apple owners are not the most tech savvy of the lot. and just like the court, you show them in two different modes - the ipad on its home screen and the galaxy tab not in its home screen which has widgets and live wallpaper but in app drawer mode - LAZY LAZY LAZY! There is a very simple way to tell these two apart if you think consumers are that stupid - turn them over - if it's got an apple logo, guess what it's an ipad - if it doesn't it's a galaxy tab.

Samsung is a campany that provides most important material to Apple and it is 1.5GHz dual core chip. It is for Apple to produce iPad 2 and iPhone 4S and if this patent war worsen, bad things can happen to Apple.

Most of the parts of Apple products are provided by Samsung. Apple never say this openly. Their processor is ARM based and its not an apple product. Apple fans are just blind.
