Walking on the Avenue of Stars, along Victoria Harbour in HK I heard the strains of bagpipes. Strange I thought, so I got the film rolling. Pretty surreal I think you'll agree.

  • there is no bagpipe in the Chinese military (PLA)

    There are several pipe band in Hong Kong.

    Most of them are in Military style.

    Such as:

    The Hong Kong Police Force,

    Hong Kong Civil Aid Service,

    Hong Kong Auxiliary Medical Service,

    Hong Kong Auxiliary Police,

    Hong Kong Scout Association, etc

  • they are Hong Kong Civil Aid Service
