LARA - Learning, a Response to Ageing. The Film.

LARA stands for Learning a Response to Ageing. It is a Grundtvig mulitlateral project, funded through the European Commissions Lifelong Learning Programme, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Government of Styria.
The project team is drawn from seven European contries, 6 withing the EU (Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia and the United Kingdom) and one from outside (Switzerland).
LARA has focused on the ageing process and tried to address ways in which group leaders and teachers can embrace and promote active learning resulting in the acquisition of core competences for ageing well.
