Virginia Thomas and Liberty Consulting - Fake Astroturf - Protect Our Elections has been digging hard into the fact Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had failed to disclose his wife's income for 20 years, and also looking into Virginia Thomas being involved in conservative activism that may pose ethical conflicts.

In 2009 she formed "Liberty Central", a "Tea Party" conservative advocacy organization, and for the address for her organization, and for herself as a principal officer, she listed 5765-F Burke Center Parkway in Burke, Virginia on the 990 Form to the IRS.

"Ginni" Thomas would use the website for such things as posting a letter calling for the repeal of the health care law "because it is unconstitutional", knowing full well her husband will most likely have to render a decision on this issue.

In November of 2010, facing widespread criticism and under pressure, she supposedly "stepped down" from her position at "Liberty Central", and they announced that it would merge with the "Patrick Henry Center".

But Protect Our Elections has uncovered that in fact is was all a ruse, and when the dust settled and the press went away, "Ginni" Thomas immediately set up shop again, a "consulting" group called, "Liberty Consulting, Inc."

On their Website they state their office is in Burke, Virginia...5765-F Burke Center Parkway, "Suite 302", the same suite as Liberty Central.

Protect Our Elections wanted to get a comment from Liberty Consulting, Inc., so we proceeded to "5765 F Burke Center Parkway, Suite 302" in Burke, Virginia.

When we got there, we were confused as to why this address led us to a UPS Store. When we attempted to locate "Suite 302", we discovered that in fact there is no "Suite 302", and no offices, but as it turns out a PO BOX.

Protect Our Elections believes that "Liberty Consulting, Inc" is not only "Liberty Central" in disguise and a PO BOX deception, but represents what plagued our 2010 elections:

Fake, astroturf organizations putting up a 5-page "website" and a PO BOX, all to funnel millions of dollars to influence elections and legislation, money from donors they don't have to reveal.

We believe this represents a serious conflict of interest and ethical problems that threatens our Supreme Court and the Justice System, and also threatens our Democracy and fair elections.

We call for immediate criminal and ethical investigations to take place surrounding these allegations, and we demand that Clarence Thomas gets the "Equal Justice Under Law" that everyone else got that came before him seeking justice.

I forgot to list a $15,00.00 win in a casino in Cherokee, NC and the IRS nailed me for the tax, plus a penalty. I simply forgot about it and wasn't trying to hide it, but, don't you know, they sure got me on it. So, why aren't they nailing her for the hundreds of thousands that they are not claiming? It's the same old story of being above the law for "them." If anyone here can find a way to cheat on your taxes and know you won't get caught, then I say...GO FOR IT and GOOD FOR YOU!!
