In fairness to DAP 33, Some painters tell me they have found a solution of making DAP 33 last, but my respond is why spend so much extra time and labor to "make" it work when you can just spend a few bucks more on a better glaze?

im about to purchase my first home and im completely new to home repair, i was told by the inspector that my glazing is bad and most of my windows need the glazing redone(home is early 40's stone home) and i watched this... WOW thank you so much you made this EXTREMELY understandable. this will definitely be one of the things i do this coming spring if i get this home. thank you so much.

i'm currently in the process of overhauling a room in my house and the last item on the list is the windows, but before i can do anything i have to replace the glazing. this video is the first and only video i needed to watch in order to learn how to do it! excellent job!

Great video! The only problem I have is him using DAP 33 glaze.....we specialize in historic preservation of wood and steel windows in Florida.... DAP 33 does not hold up to the test of time. Many of the colleagues say that DAP 33 belongs in a trash can, at first I thought they were just being silly but after years and years of doing this and trying various products, I have to agree.
