you need modified filelist.pack or else the vehicles will flip and be horrible

now this one is different it seems like the fortune sinks with the wheels to the ground i also added 2 new vehicles and 2 new vehicle sounds and all thats needed to get it all working inc filelist.pak so all (the downloader)
have to do is move the 2 folders in gta iv and replace and or combine all and done

need suggestions and if any problem please let me know

pack is almost finnished but it's not fully tested it still has some minor handling bugs which will be fixed

im planning to exchange the hummer on the landstalker to a chevrolet suburbun if killatomate get's time to fix the chevrolet's handling all thou i understand if he don't he done a great job on handling lines for this pack

this has been tested on patch 1.0.3.0 it should work on 1.4 but im not sure

Update:i tryed on 1.0.4.0 worked perfectly fine

install this on a clean version of gta iv i do not know what happens if you install ontop of other vehicle mods but it's not recommended

i never showed 2 vehicles in this pack i forgot and ran out of time so see them as a suprice
