John Carpenter....His first film was Dark star which sucked, the Halloween and Halloween 2, which rocked, Christine, which sucks comapred to the book, then a lot of crap until Halloween H20.

I was at a party where someone brought over Vampires saying it was the best Vampire movie ever. 10 people forced to watch it... 7 people fell asleep the 3 people that stayed awake were hateful of the movie. Including me. We hated it so much to this day 10 years later, we won't let him forget how bad Vampires was. I really dislike 90% of John Carpenter movies and he's highly overrated.

@IggyHazard The Bon Jovi movie is VAMPIRES- LOS MUERTOS, supposedly a sequel to this movie. I think his stake gun was supposed to be pneumatic, it did hiss when it fired, as I recall.
