there's no concrete order in the Qur'an nor in Sunnah to practice this..it's a cultural practice female circumcision...coz many sheikhs said tht if a girl was circumcised it can result in problems with her future marriage life...only males circumcision is obligatory in islam..coz it's more clean and healthy and tht's the main purpose..& btw..the woman is saying the whole time""ttahar" and it means purging oneself not circumcision...those people are retarded honestly.
