Everything You Need to Know About the SBA 504 Refinance Program

He thought this would be a helpful thing since there are a lot of details to know about how this program works, the SBA just recently made some changes to the eligibility requirements, and there isn't a whole lot of commercial lending happening out there beyond the SBA.

Not everyone was able to make it yesterday on the webinar, and lots of people who did attend asked for a replay, so we've posted the presentation video (audio and slides) above.
