Purpose:
A steam/water/exhaust pressure powered backwoods generator of electricty. Compact and quiet, 1amp output to 4 amps goal at 14v.
I wanted to experiment on the fringe of steam turbine technology. I have finished reading and transcribing (best way to remember) Heat Engines 1909 by Ripper and the collection of Tesla patents as well as many independant Tesla turbine sites and groups. High tech kits are scarce and this should make electricity from even gravity feed although amount unknown at this point. This stator body will fit a 1/8" NPT input hole aprx. .323 after which a nozzle brass fitting can be used. The Pelton style disks stacked w/a gap willact as a nozzle as well. Taped and drilled will be more as to be expected for labor. The large gaskets are 1/8" mil-spec carbon fiber or graphite composite & can be stacked and will allow 1/8" - 1/4" width set-screw locking collars for disc alignment. I have neo magnets to press fit in the Pelton style disks that will interact with pancake coils on the sides where void is made with gaskets.

I also have 90 Dur NBR or Neoprene/Viton in 1/8" for noise suppression on body of motor experiments. Kevlar and extra stators available for around $30.- 45. hopefully to start.

I am planning a $ reward for the best construction and finished engine and video of anyone that buys the kit and will support the cutting of expansion parts for a minimum of 5 years if interest in home/alternative power expands. I will be trying to put one on a tap off my BSA 441 exhaust this summer if time permits. Doing the 8-5pm thing so can experiment a bit.
Was trying to think of an exhaust baffle that makes power turning a 24v DC scooter motor to charge batteries. This is 100+ plus of template and solid work and should be good for experimenting with air, exhaust, steam (with flat disks), liquids. More to come, Tesla wanted to show not power but the fact an average man or woman can manufacture things now depended on for life or death.
