the guru does nothing!

No its very basic in yoga terms. More like gymnastics. You can see that they stand the same with their feet together and havent discovered how to stand as the people they are. Alot of yoga is designed to make you follow in the footsteps of others-how can you find your real self if you do this? But they look like interesting postures.
