The Thin Line Between Love and Hate [[chapter 64]]

Amy POV
Amy: Wow.

Kevin: Yeah.

What was that? I mean its obvious that Kelsey is still madly in love with him, but she just wont admit it. not that I blame her though, because he hurt her, so if he wants her back, then he will just have to wait, and prove to her that he does.

Nick: That was interesting.

Angela: Well lets clean up, then we should pack some stuff for your house.

Nick: good thinking.

We all cleaned up and headed upstairs to get some of the stuff packed. We told Kelsey to pack and in 20 minutes we were on our way to the Jonas house.

Kelsey: does anyone feel like were being watched?

Nick: No.

Angela: No.

Amy: Im sure were fine.

We all went in the house and Joe saw Kelsey and walked away.

Kelsey: well Im just going to my room.

Kelsey POV
I went and put my stuff in the room I stayed in before. I still felt like someone was watching us though. I went across to Joes room to look out the window. Thank goodness he wasnt in there. I pulled back the curtains to look outside. I looked everywhere and I didnt see anything. Then in the corner of my eye I saw a figure standing out in our front yard. My heart started beating faster. Who was that? I felt a hand on my back and I jumped and screamed.

Joe: sorry, I didnt mean to scare you.

I just looked back at the front yard but no one was there. I turned back to look at Joe who looked concerned.

Joe: you ok?

Kelsey: oh uh yeah Im fine.

Joe: so, uh what are you doing in my room?

Kelsey: well earlier when I was walking here I felt like I was being watched, so I came in here to see if I could see anyone.

Joe: did you?

I contemplated on telling him yes, and that I was scared. I was tempted to ask if I could stay in the same room as him and have him comfort me.

Kelsey: no. I didnt.

Joe: look, I know we arent together, and I hurt you, but if youre scared or you need something, Im here for you.

I simply nodded and walked out of the room. I know he will be, but I need space. What Joe did really hurt me. I dont know if I could ever let him back into my heart.
