Firstly if you think Ahmadinejad and Chavez can't speak coherently, you've never heard them speak. Chavez has a bit of a bullish way about him, sure. But Ahmadeinijad, is more articulate than Netanyahu...its just that its not in english. Secondly, Chavez and Ahmadinjad aren't dictators. I'll give you that's Iran's been debated on that - but how is that different from BUSH? 3rdly, All Netanyahu did at the UNGA was go on about the holocaust, trying to switch the subject and denounce engagement.
