Marcus, when I made a duct tape bullwhip, my first thought was to just pull tighter to tapper it, but I ended up having to cut down the sides to get a smooth tapper! I hope that makes sense!

The taper is cause by the duct tape and its around a rope core to give it extra strength.

@SuperWario094 no, dont think of it as using duct tape instead of leather. Think about how they use the leather and how you could do that with duct tape
