Come on people. Joe has been teary before during Gotta find you and that was during that Sept 08 Concert of hope concert and in the UK this last May.
Usually he gets teary because it is a Jemi song.
My honest opinion without having seen the videos yet is that:
1) He broke up with Camilla early July soon after that yogurt meet up because he stopped wearing the necklace then.
2) He became very happy when Demi broke up with Trace, he started to act more like his old self, goofy, fun, dressing up in costumes.
3) He met up with Demi recently, a MAJOR change happened in their relationship for the better.
4) Now he is extremely happy- the boy is emotional so you know he is going to tear up during Gotta find you and even Lovebug especially all of hopes with Jemi is coming together.
5) If he was crying because of Camilla he would have done it before soon after they broke up and not be all happy thius whole.

Last year Joe broke up Taylor in Oct and Demi stopped dating that Alex guy I would say around the same time because I highly doubt that Alex and Demi were dating in Dec when Jemi was spending so much time together.
Do you think they were planning these things? Jemi were like we will date other people( We will not like it) but we will date other people until this time.
I'm just glad that Jomilla is over. They said on Oceanup that Perez Hilton confirmed it
