@skillage444 THere are many things to consider while serving. Serving to minors, serving other adults living the the residence, serving people at work, service with the police, etc. Some documents can be served just by taping them to the door such as eviction notices. Of course rules and laws vary from state to state. Sometimes we serve papers for out of state courts and clients so we check for compliance requirements for that other state too. One thing I do is video record the service too.

@skillage444 We do process serving. I've been doing it since I was 18. Most times it's hillarious. People do funny things to prevent from being served. Some refuse to take the papers thinking that if they didn't get it handed to them then they weren't served so we throw it at their feet and say they've been served. First thing to do if you want to do a process serving is check with your local and state laws regarding the process. Last thing you want is a technicality due to improper service
