I'm 12, and I think I have big thighs. So, whenever I try and do exercises for them, the fat just replaces with muscle. I'm not saying that's bad, but they're still the same size and I really want them smaller. My waist is fine but I really can't get my legs to slim down. I wanted to know if this is will maybe make them smaller? Ahah, I hope what I just said made sense. [:

This is a thing from a long time ago, but I still wanna ask, will this make my butt smaller? I hate how big my butt is. I have always wanted to reduce the size. I always thought that works out would only make it bigger. But I dunno.
your honor system is really great. im 19 and thin...and just need to be active and even i find it hard to get motivated

Yes, motivation is the first step...after that, things just kinda happen! Get a buddy, someone already working out, or someone with REAL intentions of staying in shape. Stay away from winers and wannabe's...they will bring you down and inhibit progress.

Great question! You can do this workout 3-4 times per week, but skip a day in between. So M,W,F,SU--TU,TH,SA,M...
