@POOPINGASUSUAL holy shit! that pwo meal sounds awesome! the thing is... i don't count calories at all. i weigh my food and i now approx. how many macro i'm getting in but i don't want to go by calories... i check my weight weeke by week and make the adjustments need (trying to get rid of the OCD towards food)
@xrisp i was doing the 6meals a day thing for almost a whole year strict. however, after reading stuff from layne norton (who you propably know) i went to back to 3 meals. there's actually an interview on youtube called "Layne Norton \\ Pt. 4-Nutrition & New DVD // MassMuscleTV". and eating 6meals a day is quite stressful for the digestive system... don't you think?
@xrisp In all fairness I'm sure you'd end up seeing results from 6 meals a day and incorporating binge days to your food intake. It's just the way it is. To get the most out of Lipolysis, personally i wouldn't fast because it slows my metabolism down badly. I'd simply just incorporate morning cardio on an empty stomach. It's difficult to carry the convo much further because we're not sure what eachothers goals are - except my friendship request and emial me!
@POOPINGASUSUAL As long as you are intermittently fasting properly, its a brilliant technique to get hormones working at a high speed. However I'd only really promote this with a 'binge day'. I intermittently fast once a month maybe, day before I'll eat whatever the hell i want (5-10,000 calories) - next day I'll still consume water and train - but no food. I only do this to amp up my leptin levels though because they burn through body fat big time. (continued)
@xrisp so i Hope this hasn't been too boring. I'm sorry it's all played out on Youtube comments section, maybe easier to read it all from your email notications? And it's nice to finally be asked by someone willing to hear and have an intelligent discussion with too! usually anybody and everybody gets attacked. HOPE IT HELPS FELLA!
@xrisp I'm strict with timing throughout the day because i you need a good recovery. Also you do need to take into account protein synthesis. Splitting your daily protein intake in to, say 6 meals a day, will allow your body to synthesize it to the maximum. Rather than just chowing on a shit load in one meal. And your macronutrients into 6 meals is just easier and nicer, plus fuels metabolism. (continued LOL

Protein synthesis is elevated like 36 hours after a workout.
Hitting your macros is far more important than nutrient timing.
