These 4 sequences show how I slowed footage shot at 50fps to give a better look to a movie I was working on in Adobe Premiere CS4. In its original state the footage is pretty much useless as I was caught unaware by the approaching train and had no time to level the tripod or even position the camera in a
more appropriate location, however a few tweaks here and there quickly turn the footage into something almost watchable.
If you pause the movie during playback you'll be able to see the motion blur of the first scene to then compare with the later scenes where the blur is no longer showing.

Which camera do you use?

@0Strykes0
I normally film at 25fps in 1080p. On this particular day I had been playing around with different settings earlier in the morning and hadn't got around to putting them back to 'normal', which ended up being a blessing for this shot as the slowed version could then be used in my "another dawn to dusk" movie without it looking like obvious slow motion.
I try to have the camera set up in the correct location well before it's needed, in this case that hadn't happened.

Do you have to do this process with much of the footage you take?
Or is it just the odd clip that needs to have it done?
