I feel bad for Javier. He has had so many great returns expunged because of lame penalties. Even at Alabama with those damned "block in the back" penalties on returns.

Poor Javy would have broken every single return record in NCAA football had his team not commit 50,000 block in the black penalties last year. Even in the NFL, some things never change I guess.
