Spanish is a Lovin' Tongue

This is a great old cowboy song my Dad used to sing when we'd go on driving holidays [mostly he'd sing songs because he was too cheap to pay for a radio on his car]. Mum used to call his songs "hillbilly music", and my brothers would scoff at the stories they told. I,on the other hand always enjoyed both Dad's rich baritone voice and the story songs he sang. I tried to get all moody and artistic with the video, and instead ended up being almost unseen. Some may say that's a good thing. Still, I was looking for that effect that was seen in the early scenes of 'Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid' - still one of the best westerns ever made.

Great performance. Agree with the comment on the production. It might give the (false) impression that the song itself is produced as well. As opposed to a pure take.

Beautifully done, Number1 (Gary?). Your arrangement borrows much from Michael Martin Murphy's version, but that is no bad thing. In fact, I really like the flow, and the melding of voice and sweet guitar. Thank you!
