Here's another video I made for the MFC, the idea harkening back to radio broadcasts of the 1930's, when bands would play close
together around a single microphone.
We tried to update this idea for the digital age by fitting them
snugly inside a you tube box instead.
Recorded live in a small bedroom, this song is from their Second album :
"Samurai"
The Mfc are a acoustic roots string band, from Brighton Uk, Lead by Belfast
born Singer Song Writer Gareth McGahan.
They play original material based on a mixture of country blues,
folk and blue grass styles.
Gareth McGahan - Singer/Guitar/Banjo
Matt Oldfield - Rhythm Guitar
Simon C Russell - Double Bass
Grant Allardyce - Drums
Mike Simmonds - fiddle

This song especially.
You have been stumbled...I wish success upon The Mountain Firework Company, although I would argue your great music is success enough.
