exactly what this song is supposed to be about? It's catchy yet strange and heard it on the radio more often back in the 90's.

I remember for awhile, everytime you saw Carole you saw the bald guy! I remember seeing the chick on the video on CBC, but I cannot remember her name! She's a hottie though!
