Part 5 of 5, Chakra Meditation, we finish our practice with a visualization to integrate all the work we've done on each chakra and to prepare us for our return to our daily lives. NOTE: Always start with your foundation. You may take your time with the meditations, working your way up through your chakras. You needn't do them all every time, but always, always work up from the bottom. You can not care for your mental needs if the physical is not first nurtured.
