Bathe your soul in the warm glow of nostalgia as Leonard Nimoy croons "Once I Smiled" from the album "The Two Sides of Leonard Nimoy" over clips from Star Trek illustrating Spock's brief and bittersweet romance(s). Then marvel as William Shatner frantically sings "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" acccompanied by clips of Kirk whoring his way across the galaxy. A video mash-up (?) from the late 80's (cuts-only editing - woo-hoo!) using source footage taped from broadcast and rented from Blockbuster!

ha ha, good question, Justtiff! I think I remember that scene: They crew discover that the only way to defeat the shebots is to freak them out with irrational actions and blow their little cybernetic minds.

Can you believe that Nimoy put out five complete albums from 1967-70? Plus numerous compilations afterward! Everyone from Bonanza to Kojak did records back then. I'd make a Telly Savalas video, but I never watched that much Kojak.

Impressive. Very enjoyable. You could have upgraded your editing gear with an A-B roll suite, with 2 playback decks, a vision mixer and a timecoded edit controller for a mere $15000. Then you could have done a dissolve or something. maybe even a title if your vision mixer was capable of colour seperation overlay. I think it is just called chroma keying these days or blue screen!
