  • Michael also joined in on the show when HURT played in St. Louis, Rek & Michael's hometown, on 9/11/09.

yes he is Rek's former bandmate from Leo, and yes he is the co-producer of Goodbye to the Machine!

  • I was at the St. Louis show but The Pageant did not allow video. I did get to meet Michael and most of the band. J. Loren Wince was sick with the flu.

  • heh! really? (regarding video) I took video, and so did a couple of other people. nobody said anything!

and yep, J. was really sick, but you'd never know it from his performance :) when I gave him a hug after he came out and said hi to us after the show, you could just tell he was burning up with fever. (we were the noisy group up in the left-side balcony lol)

  • lol On was on the right side balcony. Your right considering his condition J is a real pro. I have alot of respect for him. I do not know how he made it through the set. I saw him after while waiting in line for the signing. I said to him you that he looked so "pitiful" like a real "sick puppy" he just smiled and said "I have the flu." I did look pitiful.

  • Thanks for this info. Do you know his bio? J. Loren Wince said he was the producer on Goodbye to the Machine.
