A unique time-lapse work of art -- perfect RVW musical background! The small human figures, alternately appearing and disappearing, reminded me of the famous 20th-century painter L.S. Lowry, whose "matchstick men" populated so many of his paintings in and around Manchester, UK -- figures dwarfed by their surroundings and swallowed up by the immensity of time. I would like to believe that he would have admired such art as your timescape in Edinburgh.
