Since I'm from southern New Mexico, I'm partial to Hatch chile myself, but any New Mexico chile is awesome!

Oh yeah I know I have been buying my hatch peppers frmo whole foods and I heard that albertsons sells them as well. do you know what type of hatch peppers they sell? at whole foods they got the "big jims" which have some kick in them.

@MrRandomshite I live in California too. Albertsons now sells fresh New Mexico chiles. They are the real deal, not the mild Anaheim variety.

Can you please tell me where I can purchase that hatch chilli jar? Can I get it online because I live in California.

looks delicious!
@MrRandomshite We have been using the Santa Fe Ole green chile sauce in a jar. I am not sure where you can get it in California - it's easy to find here in New Mexico. I do like the Hatch brands, but this is even better in my opinion. Sorry I'm not more help. Thanks for chiming in @Chris82bc!
